Celebrated trainer Freddie Roach in an overseas telephone conversation with www.insidesports.ph, Standard Today and Viva Sports said he had lined up the biggest and best sparring partners for Pacquiao this week, beginning Tuesday. Two sparring partners have already fallen by the wayside. The first was light middleweight Aaron ?The Energizer? Marcus McDaniels, reportedly a 154 pound fighter from New Orleans went four rounds with Pacquiao as he wound up his first week of sparring. According to Dr. Ed de la Vega who was at the gym Pacquiao didn't hit him again.
