MARCIAL, SONSONA VEGAS BOUND

Cebu City -- Philippine undefeated prospects Anthony 'Rocky' Marcial (10-0 9KOs) and Marvin 'Marvelous' Sonsona (9-0 8KOs) will make their Las Vegas debut in December as undercards of the De La Hoya-Pacquiao mega-fight on Dec. 6 or at the Dec. 5 fight card which will be headlined by Z Gorres, WBO Vice-President Leon Panoncillo has informed PhilBoxing.com.
The 5'9" Marcial captured the WBO Interim super featherweight belt last Oct. 3 in Talisay City, Cebu with a 3rd round knockout win over Thai rival Thongthai Rajanondh while the 5'7" 18-year-old Sonsona captured the WBO Asia-Pacific Youth flyweight title last Oct. 4 in Naga City, Cebu via a 2nd round knockout victory over Joel Rafols.
A formal press conference to announce the details of Marcial's and Sonsona's US debuts will be held on Oct. 27 in Manila with the presence of international matchmaker Sampson Lewkowicz who had arranged the duo's Las Vegas fights.
