SONSONA SEES ACTION IN CAGAYAN!

Undefeated young prospect "Marvelous" Marvin Sonsona continues his march towards the big-time as he sees action tomorrow at the Amphitheater in Cagayan de Oro City.
Youthful Kenneth Rontal, who owns the RP Contenders Gym where Sonsona trains, revealed in an interview yesterday that the young fighter will be facing battle-tested Emer Barrientos in his sixth pro bout.
Sonsona, who reminds many fans of Nonito Donaire Jr and managed by Dr. Rajan Yraola, is coming off a sensational fifth-round technical knockout over Jerome Bontog on July 19.
The event comes a day before a big card takes place at the Limketkai Mall in Cagayan de Oro City topbilled by the WBO Asia Pacific Youth title defense of Eusebio Baluarte against Indonesia's Heri Adriyanto.
The event is promoted by Leonil Lazarito's Leolet's Promotions with the support of Misamis Oriental Governor Oscar Moreno.
