ALA WARRIORS MEET FITNESS BOXERS TODAY AT ALA GYM MACTAN OPENING PhilBoxing.com Fri, 08 Aug 2008 Fitness Boxing or Professional Boxing, fans would have a helluva time today at the opening of the new ALA Gym at the Shang Mactan Town Center in Lapu-lapu City. It will not be just one or two but a squad of professional boxing champions from the fabled ALA Gym stable will make a trip to the new gym in order to meet with guests, fitness boxing buffs and fans altogether to celebrate and hobnob. Joining the fun are reigning champions?WBO Inter-Continental superbantamweight Rey ?Boom-Boom? Bautista, WBO World miniflyweight Donnie ?Ahas? Nietes, IBF Inter-Continental super flyweight Z ?The Dream? Gorres, WBA Oriental bantamweight Milan ?Milenyo? Melindo, WBO Oriental bantamweight Michael Domingo, WBO Asia Pacific Youth lightweight Jason Pagara, and Philippine welterweight Mark Jason Melligen. Bautista, Nietes, and Pagara will be facing a challenge on their crowns on August 30 at the Cebu City Waterfront Hotel & Casino. Dynamic fitness boxers will also be around to check with the new gym. Airsoft Game Group (Cebu Chapter) will be represented by its current president Cris Aliman, former president Deo Cerna, member Henry Dy of Sunpride Inc, Boen Ong, Richard ?Pretty Boy? Murdado, and Jonathan Verga. Physicians, and fitness boxing proponents, Christopher Codoy, Yule Sarmiento, and Roy Lastimosa will also drop by and join the group. Executives of various industries who will not miss the fun include Tita Gwapa board of director Dominic Atillo, Banco De Oro area manager Gilbert Guiroy, call center manager Eric Roy Santiago, and Pfizer sales officer Paul Ryan Tababa. The new fitness boxing gym, ALA Gym?s second in Cebu, is conveniently located at the 2nd floor of SMTC along ML Quezon National Highway, across from and a few meters from Gaisano Mactan. The activity starts at 10:30 AM, followed by a short blessing of the new gym and shop, and an open acquaintance with guests, patrons, and fans. |
