Canelo Alvarez vs. Terence Crawford Full Fight Card Revealed

PhilBoxing.com

The stage is officially set for one of boxing’s most historic nights as the undisputed super middleweight championship clash between Saul “Canelo” Álvarez and Terence “Bud” Crawford headlines a stacked card on September 13 at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

The blockbuster event, streaming live on Netflix, will not only pit Mexico’s biggest star against America’s pound-for-pound king but also showcase a deep supporting cast designed to deliver a full night of action for fight fans around the world.

The crown jewel of the evening is Álvarez vs. Crawford, a generational showdown that pits the Mexican superstar’s size, power, and championship pedigree against Crawford’s technical brilliance and adaptability. For Canelo, it’s a chance to further solidify his legacy as the face of modern boxing, while Crawford seeks to etch his name in history by becoming the first man to dethrone the undisputed king at 168 pounds.

Loaded Undercard Action

The co-feature brings intrigue in the super welterweight division, where rising Irish star Callum Walsh meets Fernando Vargas Jr., the son of former world champion Fernando Vargas. Their clash represents a classic crossroads battle between a surging prospect and a fighter carrying one of boxing’s most famous surnames.

Meanwhile, Christian Mbilli vs. Lester Martinez promises fireworks at super middleweight, with Mbilli, one of the division’s most avoided contenders, looking to keep his undefeated record intact against the rugged Guatemalan puncher.

The main card also features an exciting super featherweight bout between Mohammed Alakel and John Ornelas, showcasing young talent with fast-rising reputations.

On the YouTube preliminary card, the spotlight shines on the much-anticipated rematch between Serhii Bohachuk and Brandon Adams. Their first fight ended in drama, and with Bohachuk now holding the WBC interim middleweight crown, this 10-rounder carries both revenge and redemption narratives.

Heavyweight contender Ivan Dychko faces durable American Jermaine Franklin Jr., while Japan’s Reito Tsutsumi collides with Javier Martinez in a 6-round super featherweight clash. Other highlights include Steven Nelson vs. Raiko Santana at light heavyweight, and the unbeaten Mexican Marco Verde, who awaits a to-be-determined opponent in the super middleweight division.

Netflix’s Bold Step into Boxing

This event marks Netflix’s most ambitious leap into live sports, as the streaming giant makes a global statement by staging one of the year’s most anticipated fights. With a card that balances championship stakes, rising prospects, and fan-friendly rivalries, the Alvarez-Crawford event has all the makings of a landmark in boxing’s modern era.
