While Allegiant Stadium was the initial location, Alalshikh announced that five potential venues across Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and New York City are now under consideration. While it was previously speculated that streaming giant Netflix would air the blockbuster clash, Alalshikh indicated that this is also subject to change. He stated on X (formerly Twitter): "I will announce at the right time when and where the big fight [between] Canelo and Crawford, and which platform!" This marks a significant shift in plans for what is being touted as one of the biggest fights of the year. The change in date, while only a day later, could impact travel and accommodation arrangements for fans who had already made plans. The uncertainty surrounding the venue adds another layer of intrigue to the event. The Canelo vs. Crawford fight will see Crawford move up two weight divisions to challenge Álvarez for his undisputed super middleweight titles. Both fighters are considered among the pound-for-pound elite in boxing, making this a highly anticipated clash between two of the sport's biggest stars.
