WEIGHTS FROM ATLANTIC CITY PhilBoxing.com Sat, 16 Nov 2024 ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (November 14, 2024) – The official weigh in was held today for tomorrow night’s professional boxing event, presented by Boxing Insider Promotions, at The Showroom at Tropicana Atlantic City. All the action will be streamed live from The Trop starting at 7 p.m. ET. Doors open at 6 p.m. ET. Also, at The Trop’s box office. Legendary promoter Don Elbaum, who promoted 196 shows at The Tropicana during a five-year period alone (1982-1986), will be honored by promoter Larry Goldberg. An amateur show, sanctioned by USA Boxing, will be held at Tropicana Atlantic City the following day (Sunday, Nov. 17 – 1-6 pm ET). Tickets are $40.00 and 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to the Atlantic City PAL. Tickets will be available to purchase at the door. Doors open at 6 pm ET, first bout at 7 pm ET.
