2018 Yakult Non-Master Rapid Chess Tournament on August 19

EVERYTHING is set for the staging of 2018 Yakult Non-Master Rapid Chess Tournament on August 19, 2018, 8am at the Robinsons Place Tuguegarao.
"Open to all non-master chess players and so far is one of the biggest tournament in Cagayan. We are looking forward to seeing a lot of participants. Let the battle of the brains begin," said the 28-years-old Bryan Cyril Martinez, Officer-in-Charge of the Healthy Tummy Corporation and a former top chess player of Colegio De San Juan De Letran-Calamba.
"Healthy Tummy Corporation is a Yakult Distributor for the Provinces of Cagayan, Kalinga and Apayao," he added.
Cash prizes await winners with the non-master division champion taking home P7,000 and the trophy while the runner-up will receive P5,000 and a trophy and the third-placer will settle for P3,000. The fourth placer will pocket P2,000 and fifth to 10th place will get P1,000 each.
