LUIS ORTIZ KNOCKS OUT RAZVAN COJUNO IN TWO

On the main undercard of the Mikey Garcia vs Robert Easter Jr lightweight IBF/WBA unification bout at the Staples Center in Los Angeles Saturday night, Luis Ortiz dropped Razvan Cojuno with a right left combination late in round two. The referee stopped the fight when Cojuno was unable to stand to beat the count.
Ortiz thus came back strong after his lone defeat to Deontay Wilder last March. Ortiz now improves to 29-1-0, 25KOs while Cojanu dropped to 16-4-0, 9KOs
