NBA -- Jazz hand Bucks fourth straight loss

SALT LAKE CITY. The Milwaukee Bucks' slide continued Wednesday night at the Vivint Smart Home Arena where the host Utah Jazz scored a 104-88 victory.
Gordon Hayward led the Jazz with 27 points, four rebounds and five assists while Rudy Gobert added 26 markers and 15 boards as the Jazz soared to a 31-19 record, fifth best in the talent-laden Western Conference.
Veteran Joe Johnson chipped in 14 for Utah, which shot 46.2 percent from the field (36 of 78), 37.9 percent from 3-point range (11 of 29) and 77.8 percent from the free throw stripe (21 of 27).
After a slim 30-27 first quarter lead the Jazz uncorked a 31-16 second quarter spurt to run away from the Bucks, who made only 32 of 73 shots (43.8 percent) and missed 15 of 25 free throws.
Jabari Parker was the main man for the Bucks with 17 points and 7 boards while Greg Momroe and Thon Maker combined for 24 points. Giannis Antetolounmpo was a non-factor with 9 points on 2-for-10 shooting. (PJC)
