By Ronnie Nathanielsz PhilBoxing.com Fri, 26 Aug 2016

23 year old Charlie Edwards who has only eight fights to his name is confident of beating IBF flyweight champion Johnreil Casimero when they clash at the O2 Arena in London on September 10.
After two, three-minute rounds on the punch-mitts with trainer Danny Vaughan, he said Edwards said he was ?absolutely on.?
The confident, young British boxer followed his punch-mitts routine by going straight into hisy strength and conditioning session at the Go Fit, Go Fit Go Box Gym who predicts ?Britain will have another world champion mark my word.? Reports from the Gym said Edwards was ripped and ready.
Meantime, veteran trainer Jhun Agrabio has warned Casimero not to take challenger Charlie Edwards for granted in their clash at the O2 Arena in London on September 10.
Jun Agrabio told the Filipino world champion who won the title by a 4th round knockout over Thailand?s Amnat Ruenroeng ?You can?t afford to take him lightly because if you do, you?ll be in deep trouble.?
Casimero figures that since Edwards has only eight fights to his name and is ranked No. 14 by the WBO he c an take things easy against the British challenger with Agrabio telling him ?They won?t be bringing us over there to see their fighter lose. They must have seen something in Casimero that they believe their fighter can exploit.?
The 26-year-old Casimero, holds a record of 22-3 with 14 KOs, is in the final stages of his training in Caloocan City and is slated to fly to England on Sept. 4.
Agrabio noted that the 23 year old Edwards is the type of fighter not to be messed with.
Edwards himself told Sky Sports in London ?Many people think this is too early but believe me when I say this: That the IBF world title is coming home with me.?
