In exciting fights, Garibaldy Gomez (3-0, 2 KO) of Caguas defeated by Ramon Bayala ( 0-6-2 ) by split decision at 122 pounds. Bayala visited the canvas in the first round. The judges scored 38-37 for Bayala, 38-37 and 39-36 for Gomez. At the 126 division, Jose Bartolomei (1-0, 1 KO) of Juana Diaz knocked out Alberto Medina ( 0-9 ) in the first round, Jancarlos Rivera (1-0, 1 KO) scored in the first round tko on Yoshua Rodriguez (0-1).
