Robert Garcia: "Let's see who takes OWNERSHIP of the loss, Bradley or Atlas."

PhilBoxing.com

?I GIVE IT THREE ROUNDS BEFORE TIM BRADLEY GOES BACK TO HIS CORNER AND FINDS TEDDY ATLAS SITTING ON HIS STOOL DOING HIS ACT!? - Robert Garcia, Brandon Rios? Trainer

LAS VEGAS, NV (November 6, 2015) ? One day away from what many expect to be the Fight of the Year between two-division world champion TIMOTHY "Desert Storm" BRADLEY JR. and former world champion BRANDON "Bam Bam" RIOS, Rios' trainer ROBERT GARCIA has heard enough about TEDDY ATLAS, Bradley?s new trainer, and how they will control the fight.

?The only thing they have controlled is the message on why Joel Diaz was dumped and how great a team they have become,? said Garcia. ?We?ll see how long that lasts. I give it three rounds before Tim Bradley goes back to his corner and finds Teddy Atlas sitting on his stool doing his act. Maybe I'm old school but I was taught that the fighter always comes first. Every story coming out of the Bradley camp has been about the trainer. Let's see who takes OWNERSHIP of the loss Brandon pastes on them Saturday night.?

Bradley (32-1-1, 12 KOs), of Palm Springs, Calif., in his second reign as World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight champion, and former world champion Rios (33-2-1, 23 KOs), of Oxnard, Calif., both have fought in Fights of the Year in 2013 and 2012, respectively. Garcia and Atlas were selected Trainers of the Year by the Boxing Writers Association of America in 2012 and 1994, respectively.

Promoted by Top Rank?, in association with the Wynn Las Vegas and Tecate, the Bradley vs. Rios event will take place Tomorrow! Saturday, November 7, at the Thomas & Mack Center on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. It will be televised live on HBO World Championship Boxing? beginning at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT. The telecast will open with two-time Olympic gold medalist and reigning WBO featherweight world champion VASYL LOMACHENKO (4-1, 2 KOs), of Odessa, Ukraine, going mano-a-mano in a title defense with WBO No. 7 world-rated contender ROMULO KOASICHA (24-4,14 KOs), of San Luis Potosi, Mexico. Remaining tickets, priced at $400, $250, $150, $100 and $50, may be purchased at the Thomas & Mack Center Box Office, online at http://www.unlvtickets.com/, at UNLVtickets Outlet Town Square Las Vegas and La Bonita Supermarkets.
