The bouts were supervised and officiated by the Professional Boxing Commission (PBC) of China. After the customary rules meeting, WBO Asia Pacific chief Leon Panoncillo gave another handwrapping demonstration.

This is part of PBC,International?s effort to share boxing knowledge and making sure boxing will be fought and officiated in the right way.

The PBC of China has also made it customary to have a meeting after each fight card to review the performance of referees and judges to ensure that the new officials will grow and develop into knowledgeable and fair arbiters.
