Farenas Stops Onate!

Moments ago, top-ranked featherweight Michael Farenas of the Washio/Penalosa Stable stopped former RP featherweight champion Jeffrey Onate in two rounds in one of the bouts featured at the on-going Fiesta Fistiana card at the Rajah Sulayman Park in Manila.
The win improves the promising Farenas' record to 16-2-2, 14 KO's.
Denver Cuello also stopped Carlo Besares in the first round of a scheduled 10-rounder.
