Heavyweight boxing champ Deontay Wilder says he believes in FAIR FIGHTS -- which is why he's offered to train the Clippers' equipment guy to fight back against Blake Griffin.
Wilder -- who's 36-0 -- says he wants to personally work with Matias Testi so he can face Griffin man-to-man and "settle this like we used to do back in the day."
Long story short ... Wilder doesn't think Testi had a real shot during the tussle in Toronto since Blake is a world class athlete and MT isn't.
But Wilder is confident he can be the Mickey to Matias' Rocky -- and have him eating lightning and crapping thunder in no time.
