PINOY PRIDE 26 PUBLIC WORKOUT AT ROBINSON?S

CEBU CITY ? Eight months is a long time to wait for Cebu boxing fans. The last Pinoy Pride event held at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel was PINOY PRIDE 22, headlined by Genesis Servania?s stunning knockout win over Rafael Concepcion of Panama.
After three editions in Metro Manila, Pinoy Pride returns to its home base this June 21. Boxing fans also got to see the featured boxers in the customary public workout to promote the event.
WBO International light welterweight titlist Jason ?El Ni?o? Pagara (33W-2L, 20KO?s), his younger brother ?Prince? Albert Pagara (20-0,14KO?s), together with AJ ?Bazooka? Banal and Jimrex ?Executioner? Jaca gave fans a glimpse of a boxer?s rigorous training regimen during their public workout Sunday afternoon at the Robinson?s Fuente Activity Area.

The ALA gym trainers guided the fighters through the routines of footwork, jumping drills,ball exercises and hitting the punch mitts. ?El Ni?o? Pagara will defend his title against Mexican Mario ?Rocky? Meraz (20W-3L,16KO?s), ?Prince? Albert, will be going for his first belt when he fights Mexican Hugo ?Olympico? Partida (21-W4L-2D,16KO?s) for the vacant IBF Intercontinental junior featherweight title. Banal will face Defry ?The Hammer? Palulu of Indonesia in a ten round non-title contest while Jaca is set to fight Masayoshi Kotake of Japan in an eight rounder
