NOTES: Two visiting Venezuelan boxers made an impact here in the Philippines - Israel Contreras and Jean Piero Perez. Contreras dethroned then reigning WBA bantamweight world champ Luisito Espinosa at the Araneta Coliseum by 5th round knockout way back in 1991. Perez gave Milan Melindo one hell of a fight before losing a majority decision in Cebu City two years ago. Boxing connoisseurs are advised to come early for the opening bout. Aleye showed a high skill level typical of Cuban boxers when he fought in Cebu City last January and winning a unanimous nod against Rodel Wenceslao. Munoz weighs in at the Robinson's Galleria Activity Center Friday afternoon. Servania weighs in. Servania and Munoz pose during the weighin. Albert Pagara and Isack Junior.
