NBA -- Bucks fall to 4-16 after losing to Nets
By Marco Del Castillo PhilBoxing.com Mon, 09 Dec 2013

MILWAUKEE --The Milwaukee Bucks dropped to the bottom of the Eastern Conference standings Saturday night after losing 90-82 to the visiting Brooklyn Nets at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
Center Brook Lopez dominated with a season-high 32 points and the Nets moved up to 6-14 for 13th place in the East. Lopez sank 11-of-13 field goals while Joe Johnson complemented him with 15 points, four rebounds and five assists.
O.J. Mayo led the Bucks with 22 points and five dimes. John Henson added 18 points and seven rebounds and Brandon Knight chipped in 10 points and six assists.
Lopez scored 20 of his total haul in a first half that ended with the Bucks nursing a narrow 40-39 lead, thanks to Gary Neal 3 in the final 40 seconds before the break.
The Nets controlled the pace in the second half and while the Bucks cut the deficit to 84-78 with still 2:38 to go, Johnson ended any hopes of a rally with a 17-foot jumper in the final 43.3 seconds of play.
The Nets nailed 34 of 74 field goals and grabbed a total of 41 rebounds, 11 on the offensive end.
Milwaukee played without four injured players -- forward Caron Butler, guard Carlos Delfino and centers Zaza Pachulia and Larry Sanders. (MDC)
