WHEN NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK, TRY PLAYGROUND INTIMIDATION
By Ed de la Vega, DDS PhilBoxing.com Sat, 09 Jun 2012

Las Vegas, NV:- Top Rank held the official weigh-in of the Pacquiao vs. Bradley super fight Friday afternoon at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Everyone in the fight card, from the lowly curtain raisers to those in the featured fights stood on the weigh scale one by one so that NSAC Executive Director Keith Kaiser can weigh them.
One notable part of the event was the fact that everyone came in on their contracted weight or just a shade below indicating that all the fighters were focused on their respective fights and took care of the business of coming in within the weigh stipulated in their contracts.
A funny incident that caught everyone?s eye occurred during the ?photo face-off? after Pacquiao and Bradley got off the scales.
It seems that Bradley did everything he could before the weighin to derail the thought process of Pacquiao with the hope that he can distract the Filipino champion.
But Pacquiao merely ignored everything and so Bradley had to do something drastic.
At the ?face-off? Bradley did an old fashion playground intimidation coming close to Pacquiao?s face if to show he is superior.
Pacquiao however shrugged of the threat and merely smiled at Bradley.
Poor Bradley had to walk off the stage after having failed to intimidate the champion.
?Ang yabang niya,? (he is a braggart) said a Pacquiao team man after witnessing the incident. ?Tignan natin kung ano ang ilalabas niya bukas,? he added. (Let's see what he can do tomorrow).
