Condes retains RP 105 lb crown!

MANILA--Just moments ago, Florante Condes of the Aljoe Jaro Stable proved his true worth, demolishing ex-WBC Intl champ Arman De la Cruz in the fifth round to retain his Philippine minimumweight crown at the jampacked "Battle at the Bay."
Condes, however, had to pass through tough times, as De la Cruz put up a gallant stand behind torrid body shots.
The event is part of the 1st GAB Boxing Convention, which comes to an end tomorrow after a very successful run.
In attendance are WBF president Mick Croucher, Filipino boxing judge Alex Vidal, plus many many more boxing personalities.
