EARLY RESULTS FROM STAPLES CENTER

LOS ANGELES -- The undercard fights for the scheduled title fight between Cesar Chavez Jr and Sebastian Zbik have just started.
In the curtain raiser, Alejandro Luna of Bellflower, CA (6-0-0-,5KO) won via a UD over Cesar Garcia of Ensenada, Mexico ( 3-7-0, 1KO. Scores were all 40-36 for Luna.
In the second fight undefeated Oscar Andrade of Los Angeles (6-0--, 3KO) took only 2:13 seconds to TKO Kai Sama of Japan ((5-4-0-, 3KO). Sama was knocked down three times and on the last KO the referee waved off the fight.
In the tird fight, undefeated Jessie Roman of Los Angeles (6-0-0- 3KO) won via TKO over James Grant of Dallas, Texas (2-3-1, . Grant was dropped in round one and again for good in the second roundKO). Time was 1:00 of round 2.
