MAIDANA BEATS MORALES BUT NOT THE ODDS

MGM Grand, Las Vegas:- Marcos Maidana (pictured) took 12 long and hard rounds to beat Eric Morales here Saturday night and left him with a huge swelling on his right eye but he did not beat the odds.
Maidana was supposed to knock out Morales but much to his surprise, the Mexican legend gave him a huge run for his money.
Maidana won via a majority decision with the scores as follows: 116-112, 116-112 And 114-114.
