JUNIOR DOES NOT NEED XYLOCAINE TO NUMB HIS HANDS TO SIGN, OR DOES HE?

PhilBoxing.com

Perhaps his hands hurt so bad from fighting all those cherry-picked opponents that he can’t even hold a pen.

So why doesn’t Leonard Ellerbe bring out the xylocaine and numb Junior’s hands so he can hold a pen and sign?

But then again, perhaps even with numbed hands Junior still won’t sign.

So I ask:- Is it really about hurting hands or purely being scared-stiff?

No one knows for sure.

But I am guessing it’s the latter. Floyd Mayweather Jr must be truly scared to fight Shane Mosley.

Junior is a pragmatist. He knows, just like Manny Pacquiao, Shane Mosley will beat the crap out of him. Thus, he is holding out and perhaps hoping that Mosley, much like Pacquaio will ultimately get frustrated and go away.

In spite of all the pre-conditions Junior asked from Mosley (which Mosley agreed to) including “Olympic-style testing” that is unprecedented in boxing, Mosley still stands an excellent chance to put Junior flat on his back and staring at the lights above the ring at the MGM.

That in fact, is Junior’s greatest fear.

So he is not signing.

In so doing, Junior can keep his boxing fight record immaculate with an “O” for losses. He can then retire again and brag about those “40 that came and tried but none succeeded.”

His refusal to sign the contract to fight Mosley underscores his real personality.

Floyd Mayweather Jr is a top notched ego-centric.

He does not care about the sport that allowed him to live the life style he now has, much less the fans who made him who he is.

And, for sure he does not care about people like Schaefer who stuck their necks for him so he can make tons of money.

Junior is all about himself. Period!

My suggestion to Mosley and his handlers is to dump Mayweather and let him rot by himself as he nurses his ego.

Mosley should wait for the results of the Pacquiao-Clottey fight on March 13th at Arlington, Texas and arrange a fight with the winner.

That would be a huge fight and can generate as much money as a fight with Mayweather, or even more.

Forget about Mayweather Junior. He is a stiff who would not fight opponents he can not cherry-pick. Not even with xylocaine in his hands.
