A PROMISE MADE GOOD

PhilBoxing.com

Come November 30, Sunday, an exciting showdown between the hard-hitting and three time world challenger, TERDSAK JANDAENG of Thailand and JOEL DE LA CRUZ of Zamboanga del Norte will headline the DAYTIME BOXING 2 – THAI INVASION at the Mandaue Sports Complex.

Just like in the first Daytime Boxing (Sept. 14, 2008 ) – this event will be televised LIVE VIA SATELLITE not only to our neighboring Asian countries like Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, but nationwide in the Philippines through 120 provincial cable networks.

JOEL DE LA CRUZ will be best remembered as the guy who scored a DRAW against SOMSAK SITHCHATCHAWAL the former WBA WORLD CHAMPION during the first Daytime Boxing at the Cebu Coliseum. This fight will serve as the fulfillment of a promise made by Sammy Gello-ani who was recently awarded by WBO as Best Promoter of the Year for the Asia-Pacific/Oriental Region during its 21st WBO Convention in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, USA, the one who promoted the Sept. 14th under his SGG Promotions, that if de la Cruz will show a good fight with the former World Champion and win, he will be given the chance to fight for an Oriental title. So, here it is. It is now up to Joel de la Cruz to get the BELT.

Gates will open at 8:00 in the morning and show will start at exactly 8:30 a.m. Tickets are priced reasonably at P 500.00 for sponsor - P250.00 for ringside and P100.00 for General Admission.

Everybody is assured of an exciting and explosive boxing card on November 30.

DAYTIME BOXING 2 is brought to you by SGG SPORTS PROMOTIONS in cooperation with the City Government of Mandaue, I N T V – CCTN, PAGCOR at the Waterfront Casino-Lahug and KOKIET GYM of Thailand.
