This dominant showing pushed their current record to 5-1, with prior wins against South Korea, Malaysia, India, and Thailand. Their only loss so far came at the hands of powerhouse Japan. Leading the offensive charge was Roma Jane Rivera Cruz, who went 2-for-2 and scored twice, boosting her batting average to a scorching .692. Mylia Isabel Perez added another strong outing with two runs, an RBI, and two walks. Alyssa Marie Daniell and Alaiza Talisik also contributed heavily, with two RBIs and three RBIs respectively. As a team, the Blu Girls tallied nine hits and drew 11 walks, showing discipline and power at the plate, while the defense kept the slate clean with no errors.
