Dok Tan to get an award from GAB

BOXING Ring Physician Dr. Edgardo “Dok” Tan of Davao City will get an award from the Games and Amusements Board (GAB) on September 30 at the PICC in Manila.
Tan is among the ring officials with 25 years or more in service, who will get an award from GAB headed by Chairman Atty. Richard S. Clarin.
Tan started in 1992 and has been a ring physician for 31 years already.
The others from Mindanao are Davao-based boxing judges Alberto “Brembot” Dulalas (30 years since 1993), Mario Pedro de Ramos and Lolito delos Reyes, who both achieved their 25th year in 1998.
The rest are boxing referee-judges Harry del Puerto (30) and Delbert Pelegrino (26) both from Cagayan de Oro City and ring physician Dr. Clemente Carlos III (26) of Digos City.
Deceased Romeo Fordaliza, who served GAB and later as boxing judge of Davao since 1987 will also be awarded according to GAB Davao OIC Arnulfo Sazon. LDR
