NBA -- Clips outlast Bucks in OT thriller
By Monroe San Juan PhilBoxing.com Mon, 12 Nov 2018

LOS ANGELES -- Lou Williams sank a driving layup with 0.5 seconds left in overtime to lift the Los Angeles Clippers past the Milwaukee Bucks, 128-126 on Saturday afternoon at Staples Center.
Six Clippers scored in double figures to vanquish the visiting Bucks, who entered the contest logging an impressive 9-2 start.
Montrezl Harrell paced Los Angeles with 26 points while teammates Patrick Beverley and Tobias Harris added 21 and 20, respectively, with Harris also pulling down 11 rebounds. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander chipped in 16 and Danilo Gallina had 13. Williams settled for 12 to help the Clippers improve to 7-5 and occupy sixth place in the Western Conference.
Giannis Antetokounmpo had a monster performance with 27 points and 18 rebounds but the Bucks missed too many shots, converting just 47 of 105 field goals. Brook Lopez sank six triples and finished with 20 for Milwaukee while Malcolm Brogdon sizzled with 23 points.
The Bucks, who fell 2.5 games behind first-place Toronto Raptors (12-1) in the Eastern Conference, continue their extended road trip with visit with the Denver Nuggets on Sunday. The Clippers, meanwhile, return to action on Monday when they host the two-time defending champions Golden States Warriors at Staples Center.
