NBA -- Kings stun Raptors, win 3 straight By Erwin Diaz PhilBoxing.com Tue, 17 Nov 2015 SAN FRANCISCO -- DeMarcus Cousins was too big, too strong for the Toronto Raptors on Sunday night as the 6-foot-11 center powered his way to 36 and 10 rebounds to lead the Sacramento Kings to their third straight victory after a dismal 1-7 start. The 270-pound Cousins, who made 12 of 22 field goals, converted 10 of his points in final quarter where Sacramento rallied from a 97-89 deficit with 4:48 left to play. The Kings, which trailed 82-79 after three quarters, finished the fourth quarter with a blistering 18-4 run. "He was crazy tonight, just amazing. He has been playing great lately. I'm really happy for him," Kings guard Marco Belinelli told NBA.com. Rudy Gay chipped in 27 points and six rebounds for the Kings, who shot 51.3 percent from the field (39-of-76) while out-rebounding Toronto, 42-38. Omri Casspi was the only King to score in double figures with 14. Rajon Rondo settled with only seven points but the speedy point guard belted 14 assists. DeMar DeRozan topped Toronto with 24 points while Kyle Lowry had 22. DeMarre Carroll and Corey Joseph each tagged 17 but the Raptors still lost despite make 15 of their 31 attmepted 3s. After a 5-0 start, the Raptors fell to 7-4, which is still good enough to lead the Atlantic Division in the Eastern Conference. The Kings, at 4-7, are in fourth place in the Pacific Division of the loaded Western Conference. Photo: DeMarcus Cousins (L) was too much for Luis Scola and the Toronto Raptors.
