Pacquiao postage stamps to be released by the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) on Monday, April 20. PHLPost is set to issue 500,000 copies featuring a photo of Pacman in A fighting stance. PHLPost advises the public to buy early in order to get the special limited collectors copy of the stamps.
