WEIGHTS FROM LAS VEGAS: MAYWEATHER - 146 LBS., MAIDANA - 146.5 LBS. (PHOTOS)

MGM GRAND GARDEN ARENA, LAS VEGAS -- Amidst a fairly large crowd typical of what happens when Mayweather fights in this city, Golden Boy Promotions and its partners, Corona Extra, O?Reilley Auto Parts, ATandT, MGM Grand, ShowTime PPV and the Mayweather Promotions held the official weigh-in just after noon today for Saturday?s huge fights here dubbed as ?The Moment?.

The crowd waited in a very long line as early as 10 AM. The gates did not open until past 12 noon and the actual weigh-in did not start until past 2:30 PM. Considering that they closed-off a large portion of the arena, there was still a fairly decent crowd.

There was also a fairly large attendance from the media that kept the PR folks on their toes assigning seat particularly to the ?dead-line media people?.

Prior to the actual procedures two rappers entertained the crowd with an extremely loud performance that annoyed more instead of entertaining some of the media folks who sat close to the scales where the audio speakers were located. But the crowd loved it.

The ever present roving emcee named Tattoo was there as well distributing, or rather throwing souvenir T-shirts and occasional red gloves to the crowd. Tattoo was loud as well. In fact, he was what I would call an ?ear-buster?. Boy, was he loud!
