Season Finale this Friday in Mexico City
Mexico DF, Mexico: All Star Boxing, Inc and ?Boxeo TELEMUNDO Ford? will close their Spring season this Friday, April 4th at the Foro Polanco in Mexico City.
In the main event #9 WBO, #10 WBA, undefeated prospect Jobert ?Little Pac-Man? Alvarez of General Santos City, Philippines (13-0-1-6 KO?s) will face world title challenger and National Champion Julian ?Chicano? Rivera of Barrio Tepito in Mexico City, Mexico (13-8-1-2 KO?s) in a fight schedule for 12 rounds with the vacant WBC Continental Americas Flyweight Title at stake. This will mark Alvarez debut on Telemundo and his first outside his native country. Rivera returns for the 4th time on the series.
First bell at 7:00 PM, 6 more fights round up the card. The main event will be televised live by Telemundo Network at 11:35 PM in HD. Tickets are already on sale at Foro Polanco (Moliere #328, Col. Polanco, Delegacion Miguel Hidalgo and also at ticketmaster.com.mx. The show is being presented by Tuto Zabala?s Jr. All Star Boxing, Inc. in association with Ricardo Maldonado, Jr., Producciones Deportivas, RB Producciones.
