DAVAO CITY (PNA) Feb. 7 ? Reigning World Boxing Organization (WBO) Asia Pacific bantamweight champion Marlon Tapales takes on Indonesian Galih Susanto of Jakarta in the main event set tonight (Feb. 8) at the Almendras gym here.

Tapales, a native of Lanao del Norte was supposed to make his first title-defense against Mexican Noe Martinez who backed out in the last minute according to promoter Joe Ramos.

?Susanto said that he is still prepared to fight,? said co-promoter Joven Jimenez during the presscon held yesterday after the official weight in held at the Royal Mandaya Hotel.
