Concepcion Arrives in Cebu City for Pinoy Pride XXII

All systems in place as Rafael ?El Torito? Concepcion arrived Sunday for a ring date with Genesis ?Azucal? Servania on October 26 for Pinoy Pride XXII: The Revenge.
The countdown begins when Concepcion landed with trainer Rigoberto Garibaldi at the Mactan International Airport at 8:15 Sunday morning in scenic Cebu. In less than six days, Concepcion will come face to face with Genesis ?Azucal? Servania, the Filipino fighter vying to avenge AJ ?Bazooka? Banal for a devastating loss to Concepcion five years ago.
?I have fought better boxers than Servania has faced,? said the veteran Concepcion. ?He doesn't have punching power,? he added.
Despite being the more experience fighter, Servania's camp refuses to acknowledge his superiority. Servania remains undefeated with a record of 22 wins, 8 by way of knockout. While Concepcion has 18-6-1, also boasting 8 KO's.
Boxing fans and aficionados will have an opportunity to assess Concepcion's true worth when he steps in the ring this Saturday night against ALA Gym's Genesis Servania in a 12-rounder slug-fest for the highly-coveted WBO Inter-continental Super Bantamweight Championship.
