MARVIN MABAIT ARRIVES IN MEXICO CITY AHEAD OF FRIDAY BOUT

Mexico City, Mexico: World ranked contender Marvin ?Chavacano Disaster? Mabait arrived today in Mexico City in anticipation of his fight this Friday, October 11, 2013 at the popular Salon Jose Cuervo. He arrived with his trainer Nonito Donaire Sr. and the shows Promoter Felix ?Tuto? Zabala, Jr.
Mabait ranked #10 WBO will face WBC #11 contender Johnny ?Laberinto? Garcia in a clash schedule for 12 Rounds with the vacant WBO Intercontinental belt at stake.
?I feel very happy to be in Mexico and to make my debut on US national television, I?m in great shape, have been sparring and working out with Nonito Donaire Jr and I?m confident I will take this belt back to the Philippines," said Mabait upon his arrival.
?This is a great match up between two of the top bantamweights in the world, it will be an all out war, the winner of this bout will be in line to face WBO Champion Tomoki Kameda,? said Zabala.
All Star Boxing has announced that there will be big screens at Salon Jose Cuervo where they will show the World Cup Qualifier game between Mexico and Panama.
