NBA in Manila -- NBA Cares at MOA (Photos)

MANILA, PHILIPPINES. As part of the activities surrounding the historic preseason game between the Indiana Pacers and Houston Rockets this October 10 here at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, the league held one of its NBA Cares events yesterday.
Players and coaching staff of the Indiana Pacers joined special kids for some fun and excitement at the MOA.
NBA Cares is the league's global community outreach initiative. It lends focus on important social issues such as education, family development, health and wellness. It also supports a range of programs and initiatives that strive to positively impact children and families worldwide.
As part of the NBA Global Games, the Pacers and Rockets will tiff off October 10 for the first time in front of the basketball-crazy Filipino fans.
