WEIGHTS FROM CEBU: AMBUNDA - 117 LBS., KAMEDA - 117.5 LBS.

CEBU CITY -- The fight for the WBO bantamweight world championship is sealed for tomorrow night as defending champion
Paulus Ambunda of Namimbia and challenger Tomoki Kameda of Japan made below the contracted weight limit during the official weighin held at the Waterfront Hotel & Casino here. Ambunda came in at 117 lbs while Kameda stepped the scales at 117.5 lbs.
For WBO Asia-Pacific title on the main undercard, Marlon Tapales weighed in at 115 lbs while Fredirex Rodriguez stepped on the scales at 117 lbs.
The Ambunda-Kameda title fight is scheduled at 7:00 p.m. sharp as this will be shown live on Japan. The first preliminary fight is scheduled at 5:00 pm. Other fights on the card are set after the main event.
The weighin of the other supporting bouts will be held at the Cebu GAB office at 1 p.m. today.
