NBA EAST SEMIS - Dwyane Wade rebounds from poor Game 3
By Julian Ramirez PhilBoxing.com Mon, 21 May 2012

INDIANAPOLIS -- To say that Dwyane Wade had a dismal Game 3 is an understatement. It was more like catastrophic, one performance he wouldn't recall one day when his Hall-of-Fame career comes to a close.
In that Game 3, where Miami fell to Indiana, 94-75, Wade had as many turnovers (5) as he had points. He missed 11 of 13 shots, grabbed five rebounds and had only one assist in 36 minutes and 51 seconds of playing time.
Game 4 was another story as Wade bounced back tremendously to help the Heat beat the Indiana Pacers -- 101-93 -- and knot their best-of-7 Eastern Conference semifinal.
Wade zeroed in on the Pacers defense, dismantling it with 30 points on 13 for 23 shooting from the field. Wade, who also collected nine rebounds and six assists, was fantastic in the third quarter, where Miami unloaded a 30-16 spurt to assume control up until the final horn.
Wade's turnaround may be terrific, but it's hardly surprising. He is, after all, a multiple All-Star, an NBA champion and the 2006 NBA Finals MVP.
"I just wanted to come out today and affect the game somehow. Obviously, I knew I was struggling a little bit on my offensive game. I wasn't going to let that affect my overall game," Wade said.
Game 5 of the Heat-Pacers tussle returns to the American Airlines Arena in Miami Tuesday night. And with Wade back in stride after a downer of a Game 3, Indiana has its hands full as it also ponders stopping one of Miami's other weapon -- LeBron James. (Juliian Ramirez)
