ALA Promotions and Cobra Tunay na Lakas Energy Drink continues their Visayas-Mindanao tour of their exciting professional boxing road show ALA COBRA TUNAY NA LAKAS BOXING TOUR this time making a stop at southern Philippines capital city of Davao.
The ALA COBRA TUNAY NA LAKAS BOXING TOUR Davao Leg will be held over the weekend at the Magsaysay Park, Davao City on March 17, 2012. The exciting match-up of Filipino boxing prospects will start at 6 PM.
Heading the much-anticipated thrilling card is former PABA and OPBF Super Bantamweight Champ Roli Gasca of the ALA Gym Philippines going up against Agusan del Sur banger Al Grumo in a 10 round non-title match.
Gasca who is a product of the ALA Cobra professional boxing program that aims to discover and enhance boxing talent from all over the Philippines has already brought recognition to the Philippines after upsetting Thai Super Champ Tabtingdaeng Na Rachawat last year and winning the OPBF belt over highly rated Japanese Hiromasa Ohashi in Japan.
The ALA Cobra program that is going into it?s fifth year of scouting, developing and showcasing the possible future stars of Philippine boxing will also feature Marjohn Yap of CDO against JR Mendoza of Gen San, another Gen San Fighter in Gilbert Garciano vs Efren Fernandez of Koronadal City, Gilbert Bosquit of CDO vs Ronald Garcia of Koronadal City and Jestoni Makiputin of CDO against Rex Guimao of Butuan City.
