Today, February 18, we gather to celebrate a remarkable Filipino, a man of decency, honesty, and a shining star in boxing promotion and matchmaking - Brico Santig!

As Brico blows out the candles on his 50th birthday, we honor his incredible journey, his unwavering passion, and his unrelenting dedication to boxing.

Brico, you are more than just a popular and much-appreciated boxing promoter; you are a devoted husband, a loving father, and a beacon of inspiration to our Filipino boxing family.

Your loved ones are blessed to have you, and boxers are grateful for your kindness and guidance in their lives.

Your commitment to family and boxing is a testament to your character, and your achievements are a reflection of your tireless, non-stop efforts despite difficulties. As we all know, promoting boxing is never easy.

As the founder of Highland Boxing in 1998, you've made a lasting impact on the world of boxing, bridging the gap between Filipino and Thai boxing families.

For years, since it’s humble beginnings in Benguet, Brico's Highland Boxing has been a force of good in promoting thrilling matches all over Asia, showcasing talent, and fostering a spirit of camaraderie between nations.

Brico Santig’s dedication to boxing has earned respect and appreciation from fans, boxers, matchmakers, sanctioning bodies an fellow promoters.

Through Highland Boxing, Brico constantly bring Filipino and Thai boxers to exciting shows, creating opportunities for them to shine and share their heart and boxing skills.

Brico’s efforts have not only elevated the sport of boxing, but also strengthened the bond between cultures.

His passion for boxing has transcended borders, making him an appreciated and positive figure in the Asian boxing scene; and, as years go by, Brico’s Highland Boxing gets even more active:

In the coming weeks Brico Santig is staging exciting shows in Thailand, Bangladesh and Singapore, live around the world on TrillerTV.

His coming show is set for February 28 in Bangkok with following exciting events on March 14, 21, 28, April 25, and May 30, all of them televised, featuring a number of International and Asian title fights.

As you mark this significant milestone, Philboxing wants to express our heartfelt appreciation for the impact you've had on Filipino boxing.

Your contributions have bridged cultural gaps, showcased Filipino talent around the world, and brought thrill to countless fans.
