CANOY BEATS DENOY IN DALAGUETE

Jason Canoy of the Omega Gym of Mabolo, Cebu City won by technical knockout at the start of the 8th round against Along "The Boholano Bulldog" Denoy of Candijay, Bohol in a fight held last Saturday February 4 at the Dalaguete Gymnasium in Cebu.
Denoy drops to 32W-10L-4D, 19 KO's while Canoy improves to 13W-2L-1D, 9 KO's.
Joash Apericio (8W-6L, 6 KO?s) scored an upset and gave Boyce Sultan(6W-1L, 4 KO?s) his first career loss. Apericio won by TKO at the start of the 7th round.
Arjan Canillas (4-0-1, 3 KO?s) remained unbeaten and won by fifth round TKO against Rodel Wenceslao (4-3).
The pro bouts were supervised by Celso Miranda and Rolando Mendoza of the Games and Amusements Board (GAB) of Cebu.
