Cobra Tunay na Lakas Boxing Hits Zamboanga PhilBoxing.com Fri, 25 Nov 2011  The ALA - Cobra Tunay na Lakas Boxing is a successful four year old professional boxing event and is another dimension of the development of ALA Promotions? prospects and fighters. It is aimed at preparing them for possible regional and world championships in the future. The November 26, 2011 installment is expected to be an exciting fight night like its past episodes as it will feature well-ranked bright prospects from the Philippines pitted against their countrymen. The main event will have the reigning Philippine Super Featherweight Champion James Bacon all set to engage in what may be a heated battle once he laces the gloves and share the ring with a highly-experienced boxer named Richard Olisa. This bout is very significant to Bacon, since he will be making a comeback in the fight sport after a four-month hiatus. He last fought and defeated Elmer Legaria by the shortest route to win the Philippines GAB Super Featherweight Championship. A great performance in this match may bring him a step closer to a shot at a regional boxing championship. Featured in the main undercard feature is another Super Featherweight prospect named Joseph Von Mi?oza of Talamban, Cebu City. He is set to go head-to-head against former Philippines GAB Super Featherweight contender and Bacon?s previous opponent, Elmer Legaria. Boyce Sultan, Cris Leon, and Lester John Prongco will be experiencing firsts in their professional careers. Undefeated Boyce Sultan will face Cris Leon in their first eight-round match while minimumweight newcomer Lester John Prongco will be facing Bobong Sadio in a six-round bout set early in his career. Bouts between Ivor Lastrilla and Roland Magluyan, Mateo Arcillas and Edil Baston will start the fight night presented by ALA Promotions and Cobra Tunay na Lakas Energy Drink, whose strong partnership has helped in the development of prospects and fighters in preparation for professional career advancement.
