A charismatic young man with the talent to match his growing fan-base, 21-year-old Randy Caballero (12-0, 7 KO's) has achieved the rare feat of developing a hometown following that supports him each time he steps between the ropes. A former national amateur champion who won over 160 bouts, Coachella's Caballero has dazzled fans at Fantasy Springs, where he has fought his last six fights. He has defeated fellow prospects Felix Perez and Sergio Cristobal in 2011 and made his biggest statement in July when he nearly shut out unbeaten Alexis Santiago. On Dec. 2, he plans on giving his fans an early Christmas present when he defends his WBC Youth Intercontinental title in his first televised main event. Hailing from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, 25-year-old Arturo Santiago (7-3-1, 4 KO's) has been a professional for four years and is looking to shake things up this December by pinning a loss on Caballero's perfect record. 6-0-1 in his first seven bouts, "Sonic" had a few bumps along the way, but his April win over unbeaten Kadel Martinez was a clear sign that this up-and-comer is back on track and ready for whatever his opponent has in store for him. On Dec. 2, he'll get the chance to prove he is ready against one of boxing's most highly touted prospects in Caballero. Tecate, cerveza con car?cter, is the largest beer brand to sponsor boxing matches in the U.S. Part of its commitment to make boxing accessible to consumers is the title sponsorship of "S?lo Boxeo Tecate," which creates an opportunity for local fans to witness some of the most exhilarating fights by today's up-and-coming prospects. Additionally, Tecate has been a primary supporter of Golden Boy Promotions' marquee events since 2007, and has launched a variety of initiatives to ensure consumers are part of the boxing experience, including boxer autograph signing sessions, commemorative cans, PPV mail-in rebate offers, and most recently the launch of a mobile museum "Tecate Museo de Boxeo," which showcases decades of the most memorable moments in the sport.
