ANOTHER IMMORTAL: LARRY HOLMES WILL ATTEND WBC CONVENTION IN LAS VEGAS

Larry Holmes is one of the greatest heavyweight champions of all time and he has accepted the invitation of WBC president Don Jose Sulaiman to attend the 49th WBC annual Convention that will take place from December 11 to December 17 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Holmes is considered by many experts as one of the best top ten heavyweight fighters in history. Holmes who is 62 years old was born in Cutbert Giorgia and currently lives in Easton, Pennsylvania.
Larry of 1.90 of height, made a great career, he was even considered as unbeatable for many years. He conquered the title after he defeated Ken Norton by split decision in June 9, 1978.
Since that moment Larry Holmes had one of the most outstanding boxing careers, making 16 title defenses fighting against the best boxers of that era including such greats as Muhammad Ali, Ken Norton, Evander Holyfield, Oliver, McCall, Mike Tyson, Michael and Leon Spinks, Trevor Berbick, Gerry Cooney, and Earnie Shavers among others.
He consolidated his position as one of the most outstanding champions of his division and has been recognized for what he was, a great boxer.
Holmes will be in Las Vegas as another attraction and for anybody who wants to get an autograph, a picture or have the experience of being beside one of the best fighters in history, you just have to get close to him. See you there !
