INDIO, Calif. (September 23, 2011) - With a main event that featured a clash of former Olympians, and both fighters were seeking gold on Friday night at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, Calif., fans were treated to an explosive six-fight card presented by Golden Boy Promotions and sponsored by Cerveza Tecate, DeWalt Tools and AT&T. In next week's edition of "S?lo Boxeo Tecate," Southern California's best will be featured on an explosive night of local fan favorites when Santa Ana's Luis Ramos Jr. (19-0-0 8 KO's) squares off against Oxnard's David Rodela (15-4-3, 6 KO's) in the 10-round lightweight main event, while Ronny Rios (15-0, 7 KO's) will do battle against an opponent to be determined in the eight-round junior lightweight co-featured bout. The double-header will take place at The Hangar at the OC Fair & Event Center and the TeleFutura broadcast begins at 11:30pm ET / PT (10:30pm CT).
