Three promoters join to bring the best shows. Dominguez Boxing Promotions, Promociones Internacionales, in association with Sampson Boxing LLC, proudly present a 12 round main event, in the Super Featherweight division. Antonio "Barrios" Meza (24-8, 16 K.O.?s) versus Cesar "Saba" Vazquez (20-0, 13 K.O.?s) on Friday, October 29 2010.
The co-feature event will be presented in the Middleweight division between Uruguay's Noe "El Carbonero" Gonzalez (24-1-16 K.O.?s) versus Antonio "Muneco" Arras (21-8-15 K.O.?s). For Gonzalez, this represents his continuing quest for the world title as he is ranked #14 by the WBC, 6th by the WBA and 15th by the IBF.
The under card also features a six round bout in the Jr. Middleweight division between undefeated John "The Rock" Jackson (7-0-7 K.O.?s) versus the also undefeated Manuel "Bazuka" Martinez (9-0-5 K.O.?s). John is son of former WBA & WBC Middleweight Champion Julian "The Hawk" Jackson. The Hawk will be in his son's corner and will also be available to meet with boxing fans. This fight is building up to be a real battle as some one's "0" must go!
In the Middleweight division, undefeated (U.S. Virgin Island's), Julius "The Chef" Jackson (8-0, 6 K.O.'s) versus Mexico's Guillermo Garcia (5-3, 1 K.O.).
In the Light Welterweight division, Dominican Republic's Victor "Mermelada" Cayo (25-1, 17 K.O.'s), currently ranked #4 IBF, #9 WBA will be on the under card. In addition, four more exciting scheduled bouts with local boxing prospects.
