9/15/09, San Diego, Ca. --- "FIREPOWER"--- Six-time world champion pound-for-pound king Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao, General Santos, Philippines throws out the first pitch during Filipino Heritage Night at PETCO Park on Tuesday for the San Diego Padres - Arizona Diamondbacks baseball game. Pacquiao is in town to promote his upcoming "FIREPOWER" World Welterweight championship mega fight against three-time world champion and the pride of Puerto Rico Miguel Cotto, Caguas, Puerto Rico.
