Bacnotan Pickleball Club Marks First Anniversary With Tournament

The Bacnotan Pickleball Club, founded by Feliciano Padua III and known as the first honesty-based pickleball club in the Philippines, held its first anniversary tournament on November 16, 2025 in Bacnotan, La Union. The event brought together top pickleball players from La Union.
In the Beginner Division, Alex Plant and Karl Lim won the championship after defeating Anne Cabatu and Arleen Garcia.
In the Intermediate Division, Charles Abat and Jonar Mandap claimed the title against Dustin Santos and Stephen Chan.
Club representatives also highlighted the steady growth of membership and emphasized that the club’s honesty-based covered court operates 24/7, allowing players to come and play anytime.
With pickleball gaining momentum across the Philippines, the Bacnotan Pickleball Club hopes to continue inspiring players of all ages to embrace the fast-growing sport.-Marlon Bernardino-
