Filipino boxing icon and Philippine senator Manny 'Pacman' Pacquiao and Keith Thurman of the United States faced the media for the last time Wednesday afternoon at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas ahead of their blockbuster fight this Saturday (Sunday in Manila) also at the 16,000 capacity MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Pacquiao (61-7-2, 39KOs), the WBA 'regular' welterweight world champion will try to snatch Thurman's (29-0-0, 22KOs) WBA 'super' welterweight world champion status.
Pacquia at 40 will try to reestablish himself as one of the world's top pound for pound fighter while Thurman, 30, considered one of the top three welterweights in the planet, aims to become boxing's next big star by defeating the Filipino boxing legend.
