MORALDE: I'M GOING TO SHOCK MARTINEZ

Sanman Boxing super featherweight prospect John Vincent Moralde (W21 KO11 L2 D0) tipped in the scales comfortably within the Super Featherweight limit coming in at 131.5 pounds while undefeated Xavier Martinez (W13 KO9 L0 D0) weighed 131.8 pounds. The clash will be held on April 5, 2019 at the Sam?s Town Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event is promoted by Mayweather Promotions.
For Moralde, his opponent?s unblemished record is nothing to fear of. ?I have faced tough opponents. I have better experience. I can sense that this is a build up fight for Martinez but I came to win this and shock them. This is an opportunity that should not be put to waste. I will do everything to win this in a sensational fashion?, Moralde said.
Moralde is joined by his Sanman team headed by former world champ Rodel Mayol and Sanman CEO Jim Claude Manangquil who flew in to Vegas to support his ward.
